Taking a Blog Break

After months of sporadic postings with little good content I'm questioning the value of this blog. It started out as simply my personal workout journal. I changed it once I realized some people actually read this thing so I started offering up some of my personal musings on health and fitness. However, I'm realizing there are sooo many sites out there that are better at doing this: they actually do research ;). I also think good old paper and pen is a better way to journal my workout progress. That basically leaves me questioning why I keep up this blog: updating it is actually turning into a stress point for me lol.

WTF I'm Sick Again

Okay I was a little confused why I felt so blah the other day and then I woke up yesterday with another stupid cold. This will teach me for going on long bike rides in cold crappy weather.
