Heavy Thrusters and Double Unders

Let's see we had Fran "Practice" and today we did Heavy Thrusters, why do I have a feeling the Fran will soon be making an appearance as WOD of the day at CFR. Anyway, todays WOD was:

20 minutes AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible)
- 7 Thrusters (115lb men/85lb women)
- 14 Double Unders

I really didn't have high expections for myself on this after my lack luster Fran "Practice" WOD on Sunday so I was pretty happy to knock off 7 rounds plus 6 Thrusters. Surprisingly, it wasn't the Thrusters that slowed me down it was the cursed Double Unders.

So far Day 3 of hard core Zone Dieting is going well. Breakfast proved a little challenging; had to make some last minute changes so I could fit in my coffee cream.

Yes, you were top scorer for guys on this workout! Look closely, you beat me by one thruster. We should do this one together sometime. Haha.

I was amazed to be top scorer on a WOD with thrusters. Guess I can do the weight just can't do them fast.

Robin I know better than to go head to head against you lol
