Shoulder Recovery Day = Tabata Running

In light of my recent whining about shoulder pain I've decided to skip swimming and let my shoulders rest. I do feel a lot better than last night but there is some minor pain so why push it.

Tonight I plan to do some Tabata Running on the treadmill.

- 12% incline
- speed = normal 5k pace
- 8 rounds of run 30 sec/rest 10 sec

After I might try some yoga to stretch out.

Results: Well at about 3pm my painkillers wore off and I realized my shoulders still hurt a lot so instead of doing my workouts I felt sorry for myself and laid on the couch all night: to bad I can't make that into a WOD.
