My proof that I like to do things other than lay around watching TV and playing video games.
I started this site to serve simply as my personal workout journal. Overtime I've decided to use it to, yes, serve as my workout journal but also share some of my fitness and nutritional musings as I combine Crossfit Training and Endurance Training to become a better athlete.
